All items are made to order with love and care, which means we typically do not accept refunds. However, in line with our mission to promote sustainability and timeless wearability, we will accept returns if items are in brand new, unworn condition. If you believe your purchase qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Policy
All pieces are made to order and require up to 2 weeks of lead time before shipping. During periods of high demand, additional time may be needed. We will keep you informed of any delays via our Instagram page: @fan.singapore. Shipping timelines depends on courier service. Typically takes 3-5 days for local shipping and 10-15 days for international shipping.
